Coach Matt from Team NF here! I’m excited to announce we’ll be hosting a FREE challenge as we head into the new year called “The 2025 Nerd Fitness Challenge.”
(I know, very clever title 😅 ).
Our goal: to help you overcome the number one reason why most nutrition and workout plans fail – we aren’t able to stick to it long enough to reap the rewards!
We’ve all been down that road before. We get excited to launch full force into a workout program or diet only to burn out a few days, weeks or months later.
Learning HOW to make changes is as important as WHAT changes to make.
We’ll walk you through five tactics we use in our coaching program to help people make lasting changes in their fitness.
These are the same tactics we’ve helped 10,000 coaching clients with over the past 7 years.
The challenge is running from January 1st to January 8th. We’ll send you tools and resources to follow along with, as well as host livestreams each day during the week.
