I&#039;ve had a few of those problems (with the myths) myself, but thanks for dispelling them. Right now my training consists of parkour, body weight workouts and I&#039;ve just recently gotten into tennis. (Attenpting the paleo diet as well) You run a great site here. I LOVE IT!  I can now deadlift 225!  And ladies, despite all that weight, I *still* have fairly skinny arms.  They&#039;re just now finally starting to tone up some and not look like limp noodles.  So don&#039;t be afraid to pick up those weights ladies!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I also decided to really get into running this year.  I ran cross country back in high school, ages ago, but I was the slowest person on the team.  Last year, I started running again, and ran a couple 5Ks.  This year so far, I&#039;ve run 2 5Ks, a 5-miler and a 10-miler.  Working my way up to a Marathon in October hopefully!  My times have gotten much better too.  I&#039;m faster than I was in high school, even though I&#039;m twice as old. :p&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Great site!
