However, I think Steve has mentioned before that exercising for appearance (bicep curls, ab workouts) is less effective than exercising for fitness (squats, pullups, deadlifts). Instead of just having abs or biceps, you&#039;ll be jacked all over (and you can actually BE strong instead of just LOOKING strong).
