So I started today actually. Im 170 pounds and I squat 125 comfortably. I can do 175 one time. I have been working out for a yr now and have put on 40 pounds of muscle. But I can leg extentions at 200 pounds easy 12 times. I dont understand why i cannot squat. I have a very skinny frame. Can you help?

I have so much trouble doing squats. I have read articles and they all say I should do deadlifts. So I started today actually.
